I’ve been writing and editing for six years, and blogging for four years, mostly on topics related to retail banking, financial services strategy, payments, banking technology, cybercrime and web security, compliance and regulation, and financial services marketing.
I write features, case studies and news and have also written marketing copy for digital and print. I can write for both business and consumer audiences, and see it as my role to make complex concepts easy and enjoyable to read.
